How do I get a refund?

Apple takes every App Store payment, so we can’t refund a purchase ourselves. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.

How do I erase my data?

In the app, go to Family › Start over › Erase everything.

Is there a subscription?

No. Vowel is free to download, and The One is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews.

When can I get the app?
